Marquee Programs
Develop leadership development programs and reinforce partnerships across corporate and private sectors to unleash the potential of our Latino community. Focus on building strategic roadmap for our next generation of leaders. Leverage strategic partnerships to develop programs such as:

  • Leadership Development Panels and Career Expos in partnership with the LNC Board, Selective Corporate Internship Program and leading Northeast universities incl. CUNY, NYU, Penn State and others. Career Annual Expos hosted at JPMorgan Chase corporate NYC headquarters in February 2015 and February 2014. Thomson Reuters hosted event in October 2015 and October 2014. Microsoft hosted event in February 2016.
  • Latino Networks Coalition CEO Roundtable hosted in October 2014 and October 2011. Focus on C-Suite Series including Global Economic Forum in October 2012.
  • Latinos on Broadway initiative to showcase Latino Broadway leaders, positive portrayal of Latinos on Broadway, promote awareness and access for our Latino community to hosted in partnership with the Nederlander producers the First LNC Awards Reception & Broadway Performance to honor new On Your Feet! The Story of Emilio & Gloria Estefan. LNC Awards presented to On Your Feet! Producers & Creative Team. Special Discount Ticket for performances available for all LNC members & friends thru Dec. 23, 2016.
  • MBA Ahora newly developed in 2011 with leading organizations such as City University of New York, Columbia University, Fordham University, New York University, ALPFA, MLT, Hispanic Federation, to host leading annual education forums as part of the coalition’s mission.
  • Board Serve eventys hosted at El Museo del Barrio in partnership with Hispanic Federation.
  • Arts & Education – Continue to promote and support leading Arts & Education institutions such as El Museo del Barrio, Ballet Hispanico, Dzul Dance, Limon Dance, Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance (NoMAA), and Artists of the Americas. Promote ambassadors of the arts such as Emilio & Gloria Estefan, Angel Sanchez, Lin-Manuel Miranda and others.
  • Community Development – Support leading community development and educational organizations including Hispanic Scholarship Fund, Hispanic Federation, NCLR, and US Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. LNC supports various philanthropic and community development events in partnership with lead sponsors & partners .
    • Host annual “LNC & Hispanic Federation Holiday Toy Drive,” instituted in December 2010 to collect new toys & books for underprivileged children in Tri-state region. The LNC has collected over 10,000 toys thanks to LNC members’ contributions.
    • Promoted Hispanic Scholarship Fund’s national campaign at LNC 2010 inauguration event, at first Latino Education Forum on March 31, 2011.
    • Supported the American Heart Association, “Tu Corazon Latino” national program launch. Hosted by JPMC with engagement from LNC members during LNC inauguration on October 4, 2010.
    • Hosted “Board Serve”events at El Museo del Barrio in partnership with the Hispanic Federation.
  • Professional Development – Support and partner with leadership and professional development organizations to offer LNC members the best-in-class programs.
